The QSPM allows us to evaluate the attractiveness of specific strategies by showing how each one will help exploit opportunities ands strengths and minimize the impact of weaknesses and threats.

 

It can evaluate any number of strategies, but strategies must be grouped by sets of similar ones that can be evaluated under the same parameters.
