1.Customers: the customers for us are the most important because we are working for them, trying to give them the best experience taking the housekeeping services with us.
2. Products or services:is so important to us, that all the enterprise members and customers have clear what is our enterprise service about.
3. Markets: we did not place any specific market because we want to grow constantly covering more zones and places.
4. Technology: it is so difficult to define for us, because it is constantly changing, and we want to use the last of it, to give the best service.
5. Concern for survival, growth, and profitability: We did not mention this element in our vision statement, since our company has as main objective to be recognized for providing the best service to our customers beyond getting bigger and accelerated earnings.
8. Concern for public image: We want to be recognized as the best housekeeping company, making it the number one choice for our customers.

MISSION
Mision is a formal declaration of what the organization stands for, it is essential purpose that differentiate it from others.
Our mission is to give our(1) customers the pleasure of having their houses clean and cozy .We are (7) committed to high-quality standards in order to assure only the best housekeeping service(2) in the north of Bogotá(3). Our philosophy is oriented towards satisfaction of others ,happily contributing and making people´s lifestyles easier(6). We strongly believe that (9) our employees will do their job with the best attitude, (8)responsibility and dedication taking care of our customers houses and their experiences.
1.customers: we put in first place because our service is mainly focused on providing an excellent cleaning experience to customers so they can enjoy the pleasure of being comfortable, happy and relief with our marvelous service, while having fun and being surprised of our house cleaning methods, because a happy home is a happy go for our customers.
2. Products or services: our house-keeping service counts with a big amount of equipment, highly specialized that assure our customers an excellent service, leaving your house more clean and cozy and happy than ever.
3. markets: we are dedicated to the house to performing a housekeeping service in every type of home located in the north zone of Bogota, since we are just starting our business and it’s not difficult to us to develop and excellent quality service in the correct time and place, emphasizing in the north zone; nevertheless, expansion opportunities will be explored in the future to new zones (cities, departments, countries).
4. Technology: the type of technology that will be implemented is not specific, because initially, we think that we can develop and ensure and astonishing high quality service with average technology, keeping high quality cleaning standards in all the procedures and tasks of our employees, gaining the trust and loyalty of customers with our equipment and our wonderful service experience.
5. Concern for survival, growth, and profitability: we did not mention this element in our mission statement, since our organization is not highly concern in gaining money or increasing profits, we are mostly concern in our customer’s satisfaction and development of our service.
6. Philosophy: we are dedicated to help others in their daily activities, to provide an astonishing service that can make people´s life easier, more comfortable and happier.
