Motivating Employees
ORGANIZING
Organizing focuses on defining the charges for which the company will be composed, to determine whodoes what and who reports to whom. Must be defined in organizing the work specialization, departments, and authority. To finally create a clear organizational structure, where the span of control is defined, a chain of command is created and Jobs are designed, defined and analyzed.
Being in a small and new company, we need to minimize costs to the maximum to avoid losses in the future by incurring unnecessary costs. Therefore we will start with a simple organizational structure, this will not consist of many levels and either of many divisions. Because the service that we are going to sold is clearly focused on a specific sector in the city and is only going to provide in homes.

Internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to attain a goal.
Motivation results from the interaction of both conscious and unconscious factors such as the (1) intensity of desire or need, (2) incentive or reward value of the goal, and (3) expectations of the individual and of his or her peers. These factors are the reasons one has for behaving a certain way. An example is a student that spends extra time studying for a test because he or she wants a better grade in the class.Read more: http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/motivation.html#ixzz3lv9ah1AH
