The resource based view approach contends that internal resources are more important for a firm than external factors in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage.Establish that organizational performance will primarily be determined by internal resources like: physical resources, human resources and organizational resources.

1. Human resources:

Are the most essential in the development of our service.They are our otuside ambassadors with our customers and our external image.Therfore, we provide them with the best training, methods, values,knowledge and critical thinking to resolve every problem and treat every customer as a family.

They are our wonderful housekeepers, and manager within the organization, all our internal customers, with their respective skill, abilities, experience, techniques and knowledge.

2. Physical resources:

The generation of high quality procedures and services cannot be done only with human resources. Physical resources are also significant to the creation of an astonishing and high value added service. We will have a plant or central office agency in “Chico Norte” that will control the service delivery, customer satisfaction, and training of our employees. Our employees can also go directly and leave suggestions or complaints (that will be more rapidly taken into account).An all our housekeeping equipment such as tools, mops, detergents, vacuum cleaners, special creams and products for cleaning walls and floors, cleaning globes, soap, among others are stores within our plant.

Moreover, we also count with our own web page, where customers can make orders, register details into our databases, make complaints and suggestions, with the purpose of increase loyalty, and with customers in reassuring the high quality service and the best cleaning experienced in housekeeping services with their previous information and details about their preferences and needs, and the development of a family union sense with our employees .
