Get the service solicitude from our customers, via web- page, or with phone calls to our customer service manager (2345567), while contacting us using both ways we will ask you to specify all the details and information about the amount of days you need us to develop the cleaning service or , the kind of service or specialization degree of your service, how do you like it, the needs and wants from the customer, the kind of home you live in, for what kind of situation do you need it, the amount of time ( per day, hours ) you´ll consider for doing the housekeeping, what type of housekeeper comrade are you comfortable with (gender, age, race, religion and ethnicity) and also the degree of cordiality and friendliness you want to give your service in orderto make your live easier, make the best cleaning experience and make people´s dreams come true.
Selecting and combining the appropriate resources for the right customer:
Confirmation of specifications and payment methods:
After we know all the specifications, needs and wants from the customer, we seek to combine the best equipment (based on what you need and want, the type of home, time and degree of specialization ), with the best and suitable trained personnel, ( based on your housekeeper comrade specifications, friendliness, cordiality, type of home) with the purpose of delighting the customer.
Confirmation of specifications and payment methods:
We show to the customer what we can provide for the accomplishment of your desired service and generate the confirmation of specifications about every input provided with the company and preferred by the customer.

If he likes it then we go to payment methods. (choosing the package and payment)

If he doesn’t likes it: we select another combination of personnel and equipment that will assure the best service experience based on customer specifications.
Paying methods:

Credit card or debit card: you pay us just the cost of the housekeeping service, we deal with the other legal costs, paying is via web page and it’s based on your specifications.If you don’t like the quality of our service, or attitude of our personnel, if you don’t get delight for our service we will give your money back.

Pay after go : paying based on what you specified.If your expectations of our service didn’t accomplish then you pay us depending on the effectiveness in getting into your expectations and specifications and in the quality service, fi you didn’t like our service at all you don’t pay us.
Customer reviews and suggestions:
After the service is done, our housekeeper comrade will ask you for any suggestion about the service, and will request you to fill in a short satisfaction survey in order to measure the effectiveness, cordiality and quality of our service performance in contrast with the customer´s perceptions about it and its degree of satisfaction ( if they were satisfied why, to improve our strenghts and generate more distinctive competences ) and if they don´t like the service ( disatisfied and why,what is failing to implement changes as quickly as possible).
