Our target market are single, young adults between 25 to 35 years old, men and women, people within a  masters programs, Phd programs or actually working hat have the acquisitional power to acquire the housekeeping service at prices established, and who are expecting to receive  the  best service, looking for different ways to save time, take advantage of it  and receive the best quality with not just the best equipment but also with the best personnel for their delightment.

We have created a Facebook group of HOMIE in order to maintain contact with our customers talk about the company , publish offers, new products , improvements in the company, among others . Once our group take force it can create a direct contact where we will receive and answer any request or concern on the part of our client.

For Instagram we have created a profile in order to promote our services and to introduce our company through photos which describe the process by which we make the service, likwise on Facebook , we will be promoting all kinds of new services and discounts we launch for the convenience of our clients.

 We have developed a YouTube channel where each video show cleaning processes in the same house and see the kind of coexistence that will have on the company. With the objective that our customers can see the quality of Homie like relying and wonderful housekeeping service that takes car of your home. Like the previous networks we will also announce any new products and keep our customers updated .

Product and Service Planning 

 

 

-         Devising warranties:

 

a)      If the costumer thinks that the places where we work on and clean on, are not enough clean, the costumer will receive a free service for 1 hour , for a future service, also the company will have to finish the work that didn´t do correctly.

 

b)      If the service is delayed more than 10 minutes than what it was previouly scheduled, the next service will include a free double time, basing on what the late time for this service was.

 

c)       If the service given either is bad nor  incomplete, the company will give 10% of the total cost of the next service free, the company will assume these cost.

 

 

-         Packages:

 

Our company will provide different types of packages, based on the amount of hours and days needed

Half day( 4 hours ):

*Just for day : service  four hours a day.

* Housekeeping for  fun: the services goes from 3 or more days a week, half day.

* Stay with us: whole week, half day service.

 

Full day ( 8 hours ):

*Just for day: eight hours a day.

*3 more days of fun:  the services goes from 3 or more days a week,full day

*Life companion: whole week,full day service.

 

 

-         Determine service options:

 

We offer different types of cleaning services,  in order to have a good diversification services to satisfy the customer needs, because nowadays the costumers have a lot of needs in this area, we want to be the solution of any kind of cleaning requirement for our customers.

 

The categories that will offer will be focused on specific areas of the houses, specific customer needs , wants also the service may vary in the dimensions of the places that we will work on, and in the time we need to make an excellent service.

 

 

-         Style and Quality:

 

In order to obtain the best service to our customers, we focus on offering  the best warranties, a  fast service and the best technology to develop any kind of cleaning service for these reasons we thought that the principal quality is obtained  by the  cleaning specifications of the  service for each customer,  providing higly specialized services.

 

Also, we want to be distinguish in our costumer market as an brand that makes the best cleaning service in the zone, also we want to be recognized as a service that is punctual, something so difficult in the place where we are going to work.

Based on the surveys, the budget and finance resources of our organization and on the prices in the industry, we created our own prices with the purpose of increasing customer satisfaction and availability of our services to a bigger market share.

  •  Based on the planning, developed in the management section, we stated a delimited zone in which we can begin working on the north zone of Bogota, with the purpose to provide the best service to our customers, with the best punctuallity, and accomplish the time stated by the customer. The zone is between the “Carrera 7” with 127 street to Boyacá Avenue from west to east, and from 127 street to 183 street from south to north. The distribution of our service will be done by ourselves, buying a little used mini van that allows us to transport our team comrades and their equipment to their customers.

Includes warehousing, distribution channels, distribution coverage, retail site locations, sales, territories, inventory levels and locations, transportation carriers, wholesaling and retailing.

Based on different results, data and customers insight obtained in the internal and external 

research, we can establish some marketing research´s results and conclusions:

 

  1. Approximately the majority of our surveyed people (65 people) will regularly use an

    external housekeeper organization to take care of their homes.

  2. The principal motive for not getting an external housekeeping service is the fact of

    confidence, and the fact that different companies don´t implement correct advertising 

    methods and techniques to correctly stimuli customers and increase the demand of their 

    services.

  3. Online housekeeping services haven´t been successfully implemented within the industry,

    since customers require and astonishing, personalized and confident service, thinking that 

    online services won´t be enough to reach their expectations.

    evaluations by customers in order to measure performance, satisfaction, apply 

    simultaneous changes when needed, increase and manage customer profitable 

    relationships.

  7. Providing the best cleaning experience, with the best personnel and equipment is the

    most transcendent value added activity that allows us to differentiate from our 

    competitors, to develop magnificent experiences and not just transform solutions to 

    normal problems, but also to make people´s life easier.

Through this network we will seek to inform customers about our monthly updates and promotions in order to ensure that the customer is integrated into the company. With a few words do not want to overwhelm the customer with information and to read our states is of great interest to him.

Google Ads is of utmost importance to us and my equally efficient because we will achieve this Quick Tools to be one of the first results as srevicios cleaning when searching in google . If the customer manages to find our company as first choice in their quest not only access to observe our product , but also provide a way our image which will surely be positive for the customer about us .

We use the brochures as a way of reaching customers . We will be placing workers during special hours to deliver our brochures and that the client has basic information about us. We will not include any type of price or any compromise text seeking customer will be placing short and more attractive to our customer texts.
