Colombian government, in its cooperation with the International Labor organization developed the law 1525 on the 21st of December of 2012, or c189, ratified the last year. This law increased and expanded the scope of rights and protection of employees, men and women) working on domestic cleaning services, avoiding any kind of labor abuse, or discrimination, and establishing the specific requirements for the development of ethical working practices on the domestic cleaning service sector. Taking into account Colombian and International labor laws, essentially approved and implemented worldwide, as our organization is committed to high quality standards not just technologically, but also accomplishing any single implicit minimum standards like norms, Colombian regulations, and taking care of our employees as a whole family; indeed, satisfying international and national legislations established by the state ,the Labor Ministry and the International Labor Organization (ILO)
POLITICAL, GOVERNMENTAL, AND LEGAL FORCES
Are all the rules, laws and regulations and all processes that are run by the government, which can affect or contribute to organizations.
Changes in Tax Laws
As we can see Colombian government has decided to increase taxes for companies in all industries. Obviously taxes will apply depending on the income of the company, not saying it won't apply for small businesses but it will affect specially big companies with big incomes paying obivously more taxes than smaller businesses. It depends on how much are we generating that the tax will be applied to us. But as we can see in the chart for our new business we wont have the need of paying taxes during our first year which means our tax payment will be at 0%, but eventually we will we have to be ready because in our second year of production we will start paying taxes gradually in each area of taxes.starting with the 50% of rate and so on as we can see on the chart.

Political Conditions in Foreign Countries
As we can see one of the most things that Colombia exports are services, during this year politica-comercial conditions for Colombia has increased enormously letting us be part of the most export industries in the country. For us, our cleaning service fortunately is also included into this exportation of services and eventually for us, if we decide to export our service, Colombia already has a relation with foreign countries, especially United States facilitating the enter of Cleaning service into this country for example. But in the chart we can see our most important exportation destiny is Spain with the 41,2% of the market.

Government regulations and deregulations
Regulations refer to controlling businesses through laws, norms stated by the government with the purpose of social well-being of every citizen within the state. Deregulations, on the contrary, deals with the elimination of specific laws, rules that control business.

Antitrust legislations
Are legislations and laws that assures a fair competition and equitable business practices among organizations in an open market economy.
Antirust legislations in Colombia have been established since the end of the 1950s, with the law 155 of 1959, this law, which stills largely in effect, states that are prohibited activities and agreements that directly or indirectly restricts the production, distribution, consumption of products, raw materials and services; in general, any kind of practices, procedures designed to limit free competition or unfair practices. Moreover, this law has received changes and updates, the last update was by the law 1340 of 2009, with the purpose of bring up to date norms and legislations that guarantee equitable practices in the modern markets (taking into account free trade agreements, globalization and telecommunication practices). Colombian antitrust legislations can benefit our industry, because, implementing more norms about equitable competition and business practices can assure that providing our service will be easier with no limitations or possible restrictions of possible companies in the future.

Government fiscal and monetary policy act
Government fiscal policy refers to the set of strategies that the government implements, not justfor generating resource and incomes, but also for a correct management of the public incomes, expenses and budgets in order to control and maintain economic stability and growth. On the other hand, monetary policies are a set of strategies and decisions established by monetary organisms with the purpose of stabilizing money value, influencing on interests rates and inflation.
According to the International Monetary Fund, last year fiscal and monetary policies were mildly supportive on the development of economic growth, having a 4.6% of economic growth. Nevertheless,
Staff projects growth to slow to 3.4 percent in 2015 and gradually rise toward its potential (around 4¼ percent) over the medium-term supported by the government’s infrastructure program and a gradual recovery in oil prices and external demand. Risks are mainly on the downside, including higher interest rates and financial volatility, a protracted period of slower economic growth, and a delayed implementation of the infrastructure program. Additionally, in order to reduce the economic growth gap, an increase economic growth The “Banco de la República” has imposed a 4.5 % of intervention interest rates to reduce inflation; besides, the government is also thinking to develop a new tax reform in 2015 or 2016. Colombia´s economic forecasts and possible fiscal and monetary policies can generate disadvantages for domestic cleaning services, because increasing taxes will reduce people´s desire for investment on different businesses and also it will reduce people´s spending capacity, and decrease the demand of housekeeping services.
Location and severity of terrorist activities
According to the Institute for Economic and Peace Colombia is ranked in the position 146 with a score of 2.720 on the last report of the Global peace index posted by the Institute for Economic and Peace and regionally our country is the most violent of South America. Colombia’s score continued to suffer as a result of its performance in refugees, which are the product of its ongoing conflict with the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) guerrillas, as well as erosion in the score for political terror (as government actions against rebels continued). Ongoing peace negotiations with the government offer some hope of an improvement in the medium term. Therefore, the increase of severity of terrorist attacks affects the whole industry and the economy of the country, reducing people´s investments, the demand of domestic cleaning services, it also reduces possible future and actual markets, because employees cannot be introduced into dangerous activities or dangerous locations in the country.

Change In Patent Laws
Patent law during times has been softening as the legalization of these, because today the number of inventors has grown. Things like no requirement to documenting this is one of the main regulations that exist today, are prohibited from the Patent Office to require documents and rest in your files, you do not need to file evidence on the name change the applicant compels the Patent Office to develop online mechanisms to complete the formalities. Not to mention that the processing time of documents is much less today as this in turn promotes such acts. We as a company are in constant process of change and adaptation to the market and this type of regulations enables us being able to invent some kind of thing that manages to make productivity easier. If this is promoted by the government we can easily act this way and facilitate our performance.

Sino-Colombian Relationships
China announced that Colombia is the second stop on their list. Juan Manuel Santos has within its plans meeting Keqiang to discuss trade issues, Santos is known primarily focus on issues of Agriculture, Infraesctructura, Education, Culture and Finance of Colombia. If we can sign agreements between the two countries, modern teconology application of even more sectors can be achieved towards Colombia. Encouraging the development of imports from China totaled 11.152 million dollars in 2014, Colombian exports reached only 5.755 million dollars These figures may increase if it can sign trade agreements with China, Sino. For us this is very important because if we get Colombia sign trade agreements, not only mainly increased exports will be achieved even our services, more will also increase our productivity because employees in China will be forced to labor issues to move to Colombia where they can use our services, somewhat notorious for many but for the industry very positive.
